error '8000401a' - /Web/SA/BodyAsp/IntegAnalogBody.asp, line 33

Installed Unity 4.04 SR1 on W2003 with E2003 off-box with CM integration (including all updates and supported SPs)...install went without issues. Have verified permissions, UTIM integration etc...the SA seems to be fine with the exception of this page which displays the above error. I see this posted already but with no response. Can anyone point me in the right direction? I can dial pilot number to unity and leave messages, but nothing is working beyond that, including message delivery (messages are disappearing) and MWI not working. No errors in

I followed the integration/install guides to a T, and did not experience any issues during the install...any feedback is greatly appreciated.

Let us know if this fixes your issue:

Open the Windows Administrative Tools and select Component Services.

In this console, expand Component Services>Computers>My Computer. Right click

on Cisco Unity and select Properties. In the Security tab under "Authorization", uncheck the "enforce access checks for this application"

checkbox.

Here is some background info:

Why do I get 8000401A errors?

Thanks but this checkbox is already de-selected. (which it was by default as I didnt change it). I noticed that the UnityMsgStoreSvc was listed as the account to run this, and after reading the article attached, verified that this service did not have the right to log on as a batch job, which i updated and now the page is working.

thanks for your assistance, greatly appreciated.
