Event ID 1903 - need help deciphering and eliminating

Hi, the following Event ID 1903 pops up continuously every 5 seconds. Can someone please tell me what I need to do to fix this so that it stops popping up? The microsoft link does not work but I have updated to the latest version of HTML help. Help please!!

"The description for Event ID ( 1903 ) in Source ( HHCTRL ) cannot be found. The local computer may not have the necessary registry information or message DLL files to display messages from a remote computer. The following information is part of the event: http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink?LinkID=45839."

Windows 2000? I don't suppose you have TightVNC installed? I found a couple threads out there from folks having the same problem with TightVNC installed - the uninstalled it and the problem went away - one of the threads can be found here:
