Hi,
The Exchange 2003 environment setup with 1 frontend server and 2 backend servers (cluster). The exchange FrontEnd server was down due to the relay service problem. All the outlook clients and exchange related services are point directly to exchange backend server. This cause the unity can't store the voicemail into exchange message store. When subcribers call to Unity, system will tell the user message store are temporary offline. How do i re-configure the unity to bring up the message store? Mentioned below is the unity version.
Cisco Unity Version 4.0
Build Number 4.0(3) SR 1
Windows Server Version Microsoft Windows 2000 build 2195 (Service Pack 3)
Pls advise.
Thanking in advance for your help.

Hi Keith,
After I had run the Cisco Unity Message Store Configuration Wizard,I encounter another error which still couldn't bring up the message store for Unity. I've run the Message Store Config Wizard sucessfully. I have no problem adding or importing new user from exchange using the Unity bulk import tool. Mentioned below is the error encountered.
DCOM was unable to communicate with the computer "ABC" using any of the configured protocols.
Please advise. Appreciated for your help.
Thank you.
