For Expressway E is it possible to use an existing GoDaddy SAN certificate that I have by just adding my expressway domain as a Subject Alternate Name and not have to purchase additional certificate?

The certificate requires a lot more than just the domain, it requires the cluster name (best practice, even if you only have one server), FQDN of EXP-E, it will also add the IM&P nodes in there.

Assuming you can add all those fields, and that godaddy will provide you with the private key used to sign it, as well as the server certificate with those, yes.

Otherwise, you'll have to create a new CSR and have it signed.
