Hi
When I upgrade my CallManager from v 8.6 to v 11.5 this problem appeared.
when I make a call from mobile to extension in cucm and that extension is configured to "forward all" to another mobile phone, the call can't be established and was disconnected after 120 sec.
what exactly can I do to fix this issue.

That message doesn't sound like it's coming from CUCM, start by analyzing the call flow and get debugs from your GW if the call is making it that far.

I am sorry, that mesg came when I made a call from mobile to Avaya IP phone is already integrated with CUCM.
but I still have a problem when I made a call from mobile to ext. configured "Forward All" to another mobile.
