Hi, I have a problem on my Cisco IM&P server.
The following connections between the IM and Presence Service node and the external database server failed:
- 10.X.X.X >> mydb (Message Archiver)
- 10.X.X.X >> mydb (Persistent Chat)
I configure whole required configurations but I still have this error.
