fast dial user data after migration cucm 8.6.2 (Callmanager) to 10.5.2

I need to know if the user will lost the fast dial data ?

If you don't explain how you're going from 8.6(2) to 10.5(2), no one can answer that question...

Migration by using PCD and all the usual method.

Then yes, PCD will migrate all of the info in the DB over during the migration process.
