Footprint mail notification

We currently have a customer who has a VM system, due to site security we cannot implement UM. Is there a way to send a footprint smtp message from the VM Unity server to the corporate Exchange. We only want to send a footprint not the whole mail with the WAV attachment.

Yes - you can setup a text notification device to send an email notifying user's of new voice mail messages to their corporate email accounts. You can also set up web inbox access such that a URL link to the message in their web inbox is included in the notification (this requires a unity inbox license, of course, but is not UM).
