Hi,
I canfigure out how to setup in Unity but when creating a CTI route point in Call manager 3.3 the route point nevers registers. I have only ever used route points with IPCC Express so am unsure how to get this registered ?

Well, for starters, Unity ports are not cti route points. Think of them as softphones.
On CCMAdmin page, click on Feature, Voicemail, Voicemail port wizard to create the ports.

We already have the VM ports setup and working. What this is for is to provide a 'number' that can be called to send to the Distribution List.
CISCO has provided this as the solution to our issue.
