High level design for IPT

Hi all,

I want to make the HLD as per customer request. In my scenario customer already have a LAN(AT switches) and WAN installed. I have to install the CUCM7.1, gateway router and integrate this with PBX and Microsoft Link2010. Please tell me the correct path to design this document and also share the template document if you have any.

I'm not familiar with MS Link2010, but a good place to start is the CUCM SRND.
