Have you looked at the Features and Services Guide. Here is the link to the section on creating the softkey template for the CallBack softkey.

Thanks for your reply,
Ya, I have already configured the softkey template for Call back feature and tested the same.
I am getting the call back notification if user is busy, but "Dial" softkey is not working wherein cancel and exit softkeys are working properly in call back notification ( i mean call back return message).
Kindly help me here and thanks in advance.
