Solved: how to add external contact to cisco Jabber without IM&P

Hi All,

We are using Jabber 11.X in our environment. Is it possible to add external contact number in Jabber without using IM and Presence.

If you mean pizza guy contacts, no, pizza guy contacts are stored in the IM&P server DB.

If you're using phone only mode, there's no way to add non-enterprise contacts.
