How to add opening greeting in call manager ?

I have installed b36k server.... the customer has recorded opening prompt in MP3 format .... how to upload in cisco unity ? what coded is needed ?

Use the media master to upload the greeting.

Hi Jaime,

I can upload successfully the personal greeting from an audio file. When I press the play button from the Media Master, I can hear the right audio file.

However, I still hear the default system greeting when I try to call from outside.

Hi All,

The problem was solved. It's a Java security-related issue. I'm using Java 7U45 and when I change Java Security Level from High (by default) to Medium, I can successfully upload the personal greeting.
