how to configure FAC on CME 8.5 ?

actually I read the whole chapter before posting my question, the thing is, the chapter does not provide full explanation nor examples for each step, but most importantly, my question is, where can I find a GUI example, does the 8.5 can even do FAC's on GUI?

I had some trouble understanding the solution as well, I still have not been successful. There is no GUI for implementing FAC in CME. Best of luck with the implementation.
