How to Empty User Mailbox in Cisco Unity Voice Mail

Hi,

I have around 50 subscribers for Cisco Unity Voice Mail.(Version 4.0.2)

Each one of them have more than 50 messages in they mail box.

Right now they are trying to delete this messages one by one from the IP Phone.

Is there a way to delete all the messages at once.

something like delete all.

There's no delete-all functionality from over the phone interface - that'd be a little dangerous. From a desktop client (assuming you have Um installed) this is easy enough. You can also use the Message STore Manager tool to run through and remove messages based on rules (message type, urgency, age etc...) - which can clear the mailboxes for you as an admin quickly.
