How to I upgrade Windows SP3 to SP4 on a Unity Server? Where do I download the SP4.

Download SP4 from MS http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyID=1001aaf1-749f-49f4-8010-297bd6ca33a0&DisplayLang=en

For CCM, download Windows updates from Cisco.

Here is Cisco's policy on MS updates for Unity:

Please do a backup prior to any upgrades, and make sure you know how to restore.

can you just download sp4 from MS website and install it on the Cisco Unity server? I thought

it should be downloaded from Cisco web site.

Please clarify.

I am qualifying this statement for UNITY only. The service pack for Windows from Microsoft or from Cisco is the same. So you can download from MS.
