How to recover a forgotten password on PIMG

I need to know how to recover a forgotten password on a PIMG unit. Or how to reset it to factory default.

they have detailed instructions on resetting the PIMG to factory specs. Hope that helps!

I came across that instruction too but unfortunately it assumes you know the password :)

I need to find out a procedure to reset the password to default or some sort of a password recovery method.
