hi guys,
I am trying to restore backup on my cucm and unity connection through disaster recovery.
so I am trying to create a BACKUP DEVICE NAME first.
My sftp server is runnning on my laptop. its named SFTPSERVER
I need to enter the following info in CUCM Disaster recovery screena dn not sure what to enter in PATH (as its not accepting anything....
server name = SFTPSERVER (name of my SFTP server)
Path name = C:\sftpfile\ (is this the correct format or there is anotherone.... I also tried with \\SFTPSERVER\)
User name = admin (as it is set on my server)
password = cisco (as it is set on my server)
I think there is a problem with my path name. I am using titanFTP...
Please help.
Many thanks :)

usually you define an SFTP folder within the program that is in your laptop.
then, that is the base directory so you just reference it as . or /
if you have another folder within the root SFTP then you add it to the path you're using
HTH
java
if this helps, please rate
