We have around 25 branch offices in the nation, each with its own CSS and dial-patterns. Even though anyone can dial a person inside the company using their 5-digit extension, people still call each other using their direct 10 digit number. What can I do to transform the dialed LD number (if it is internal to the company) to the 5-digit number so that the call stays on net as compared to traversing the PSTN?
Thanks!

You need to start by mentioning if this is CUCM/CME and version.

Then just configure translation patterns to catch all those DNs and discard the necessary digits.
