imap settings

we have unity 5.0 -voice mail only.

trying to set up  another user for  imap but for the life of me i can't remember where the username & password settings come from that are entered under the user's email account IMAP setup

is username the user's alias in unity?

i remember everyone is using same password but can't remember where that was initially set

Rob,

When you import/create users in Unity, they're mapped to the Active Directory user account/Exchange mailbox.  The alias in Unity will be the same as the AD username.  The password is set in AD on the user account.
