inbox subject field missing digit

Hi:

Customer has a 3.3.4cm, 4.0.4 um. They are running exchange 2003.

When they receive a voice mail from an international caller, their inbox subject field shows the number of the caller, but it is missing the last digit. For instance the msg is from 9115703507781 but the subject field shows 911570350778.

Is there some setting in unity or exchange that is limiting the display ?

You might want to check using the CallViewer application on the unity server (start>programs>unity>callviewer) that the call really is coming in with that DNSI information.
