Hello,
I have uniyt 4.0.3 and I am trying to set up a subscriber in such a way that one of the caller input will transfer the call to an external number.
I have a callhandler for these numbers .But unity is failing to tranfer the calls. Is there any special thing that needs to be done for this.
Thanks,
RAdhika

No, nothing special - make sure you have the one key rule setup to "attempt transfer for" the call handler and not leave it at the default of "send to greeting for". Also, make sure the call handler's transfer rule is setup properly - one common mistake is to have the standard rule setup to transfer but then the alternate rule (which over rides the others) enable and set to not ring the phone.
You may find the "audiotext applications in Unity" paper on the Documents page of www.CiscoUnityTools.com helpful - it goes into some detail on the call flow through handlers.
Outside of that, folks sometimes get bit because their switch configuration doesn't allow for Unity ports to make outbound calls - make sure you're not getting bit by that.

Jeff,
Thanks a lot.I found out my problem. In call manager the calling search space for the unity voicemail ports were set to internal.
Thanks a lot for the information on Audio manager.
