Incoming external call issue when internal number CUCM forwarded to external phone number

When call forwarding is off,  incoming and outgoing calls on CUCM works correctly to all directions(to mobile, to different cities, to different countries). The CUCM connection is that: IP phones - CUCM - MGCP gateways(Cisco 2921) - PSTN. We have 6 digit internal numbers(XXXXXX) and when we call to mobile number(or to other city, country) we add 4 digits (ABCD) on Call routing-route pattern-Calling Party Transformations-Prefix Digits (Outgoing Calls) to do international number. Example: For calling to mobile number 1234567890 call transformation is that: ABCD(Outgoing prefix) + 123456(internal number).

Issue occurs when we on CUCM forward calls to external phone number(mobile number).

We do call from mobile number 1234567890 to internal number CUCM 123456(we forwarded all calls to another mobile number 0987654321) - Call drops.

Call trace shows that CUCM adding 4 digits to forwarded mobile number: 1234567890 calling to ABCD0987654321. Because of that call drops. Here I don't need adding ABCD(outging prefix).

How can I correct it? Please help.
