Integration of Microsoft Exchange Online Unified Messaging with Cisco Unified Communicaitons

Does anyone have experience with migrating from Cisco Unity Connection to Microsoft Unified Messaging and how Unified Messaging integrates with Cisco Unified Communications (Call Manager, Presence, and Contact Center)? Are there features you had with Unity that you've found you don't have with Unified Messaging?

Please notice Cisco does not perform testing on 3rd party HW or SW, but MS has a doc on this:
