Is Unity Integration with Siemens HiPath supported?

Is a PIMG integration with Siemens HiPath 4500 supported/tested. My customer has it working with the digital PIMG but not with the Analog PIMG box.

I'm assuming the HiCom template for the digital box is still working after the upgrade to the HiPath system. But is it tested/supported and what is the situation with the analog box? Anyone know?

Siemens HIPATH is not supported. But , HICOM 300 is supported.

If it's a large install base, you can try and work with you local Cisco System Engineer and see they can help out with possibly getting the PIMG tweaked. This happened to me with the Siemens Rolm 9751. Cisco supported the 9006 series, but not the 9005. We worked together with Cisco to get the 9005 to work with the PIMG digital.

Our biggest problem was the MWI light timings between the switch and the PIMG. Once we got the timing right between Unity/PIMG/ROLM.. the system worked fine.
