Issue with Cisco Unity Connection integration with two different CUCM cluster

I have integrated two CUCM clusters with Cisco Unity Connection system. For second system, If I have enduser DN configured with voicemail but voicemail box is not configured in CUC, Call gets disconnected after ring no answer. Enduser with voicemail configured on phonesystem works fine. I checked opening Greeting call routing rules does not have phone system settings. Can you please let me know if any other setting I need to verified.

This is probably going to come down to the conversation used. 

Have you downloaded Remote Port Status Monitor from Unity Tools to see what is happening when the call hits UC?

I have done integration with using SIP trunk. Does not show port status. Unless there is way to monitor on sip trunk.
