Jabber 10.5.5 Auto-Register Process issue

I've deployed Jabber 10.5.5, but am having issues with the auto-register process. I've added the appropriate DNS SRV records, but when I type my password, I receive "cannot communicate with the server". If I manually set my IMP server I can login without issue. Thanks for your time!

Have you used nslookup to make sure it's all right, no typos?
You can try to reset jabber and try again.

I opened a TAC case. It appears Jabber was attempting to connect to the incorrect FQDN after TAC performed a debug.
