jabber client cannot connect to server (login in fail)

Hello Experts,

I would like to kindly request that I have two CUCM servers and two IMP severs.They all are clusters (HA).

CUCM Pub > CUCM sub > IMP pub > IMP sub > DNS

CUCM and IMP database are replicate and no issues.Voip hard phones are registers in CUCM Pub and incoming and out going call are OK.

A record for CUCM and IMP can ping (FQDN,IP address) from host and dns is resolved. (OK)

SRV record also can resolve with DNS. (OK) Now,this state not included Expressway C and E.I want to success jabber login and test call jabber in our internal organization.

*BUT jabber cannot communicate with server error shown me.I would like to kindly request that I want to know how to fix this problem.*

What troubleshooting have you done?

Dear Jamie,
The root cause is XCP Connection Manager service.After restart this service,Jabber can login.Thanks for your support bro.
