Jabber softphone call recording tone

We are running CUCM 9.1.2 with CCX 8.5.1.  I have a few agents using Jabber for window w/Client Framework softphones with CAD.  The softphone works but agents hear the annoying record tone.  On the 79xx phones under the "Product Specific Configuration Layout" we can enable or disable the recording tone and set the volume.  On the softphone I don't have that option.  How can we turn off or lower the volume of the recording tone on the softphones?

How do you have Jabber setup so that the recording tone is audible?
