We have a cucm cluster, version 10.5.2.14074-1 and I install device pack cmterm-devicepack10.5.2.21167-2.cop.sgn on the cucm,
then i try to register Kit Plus，it show "Failed: 404 Not Found / Unable to find device/user in database" on kit plus,
the device type on cucm is Cisco Webex Room Kit Plus;
Before device pack 10.5.2.21167-2,we install device pack 17139-1,the device type on cucm is spark room kit plus, and the kit plus can register on cucm.
anyone know the reason?
