In Cisco Unified Communications Manager v9.x [including Cisco Unity Connection 9.x], you cannot configure more than five LDAP directory configurations. Whilst I know how to add an agreement and use filtering, is there any plans by Cisco to increase this in v10 or above? If you try and change the "Maximum Number Of Agreements" parameter under the "Cisco DirSync" service in "Service Parameters", it currently will not let you do this.
Kind Regards,

It has already changed in 10, this is covered in the SRND and new and changed info docs.

Hi Jaime
In the collaboration 10 srnd it states: The synchronization is performed by a process called Cisco DirSync, which is enabled through the Serviceability web page. When enabled, it allows one to 20 synchronization agreements to be configured in the system. This number is reduced to 10 if more than 80,000 users are synchronized. An agreement specifies a search base that is a position in the LDAP tree where Unified CM will begin its search for user accounts to import
However when configuring it in cucm it only allows for 5. If I try to change it in the service parameter, it only states that maximum of 5 allowed.
