Hello ! Hopefully someone can point me in the right direction.
I've migrated my CUCM/CUC/PLM 10.5 from a UCS to another server because we had physical problems with this UCS.
After the Physical/VMware migration, the servers are in the Demo License mode.
I still have the licence Fulfillment file listed in my PLM:
But in the License Usage field, there is no licence available:
What shoud I do ?
Shoud I have to create a Rehost License Request ?
Thank you in advance !

If the MAC address for the PLM server was not hard-coded, that is expected, you'll need to re-host the licenses with assistance from licensing team.

Thank you for the reply, Jaime !!
I could not find a documentation explaining about the MAC license bond.
Do you know if there is any ?

Hi Aeby !
I saw this document before. I was curious to see the Cisco explaining about the MAC bond.
That's why I asked for some document.
I'll do the rehost solicitation.
Thank you for your help.

PLM install guide has the static MAC note.

Related to some other thread, but I found this bug which explains the PLM and MAC address relationship

Hi Pedro,
Sorry to jump into your thread like this but I have the exact same issue it seems. We had a crash and had to uninstall esxi and readd the vm's all is working fine and I too can see my licenses.
How did you log your request with cisco to rehost or resend the licences to the new product instances?
Did you just email licensing@cisco.com?
Thanks for the assistance,
Regards,
