I am new to a university which is using the very first version of Unity Connection 1.1.1 voicemail. The SA account has been lost and/or is unknown. How can this account be retrieved or recreated with full admin permissions? If there are documented steps, please let me know where to retrieve. Have googled and checked the support community threads with no success.
