mapisvc.inf error on Unity 4.x install

Getting the following while running Unity Install and Configuration assistant. On step 3 configuring the Cisco Unity Services. The error I'm getting is "The following error was found while verifying the system meets the installation requirements: MAPISVC.INF is incomplete."

copy the file from syscheck\enu to winnt\system32
