how to secure meet-me conference on CUME 6.0.1 with the use of CME 8.0

This is not possible natively, workarounds include using Unity/CUC to front end access or UCCX/UCCE scripts.

This is something that has been asked hundreds of times before so a quick search on secure + meet me or password + meet me will provide you with all the info.
