Minimum Licenses needed to construct a functioning UCM 11 Server

Hello,

I want to put together a small scale UCM Server, running off VMWare.  I don't want to use any cisco provided hardware, I just want UCM and CUPS running in VMs on my existing farm.  I would like to know, do I simply need device/user licenses, is there a "base" or server type license necessary?  I have talked to several partners and they come at me with a page long list of P/N and licenses.  Can anyone tell me what is needed?

You get the server licenses (as many as you want) along with the user licenses (talking about CUCM and IM&P). There are no more server specific licenses, well, depends on product, but overall, you only need user licenses.
