After performing an upgrade from 4.0(3) to 4.0(4) the following strange things started to happen.
Whenever trying to use the Bulkedit utility, all mailboxes end up getting this error below.
(error) this subscriber is missing notification devices! This is a serious error, you shoudl contact TAC.
To make matters worse, it changed the default Newest first, to listen to voicemails to Oldest first (And using BulkEdit will not change from Oldest to Newest at all)
And even more strangely, a user who has multiple phones linked to the same number, forwards one line (which would normally let the other line ring/pickup) however instead both phones ring, or both phones immediately go to voicemail but no middle-ground.
Any insight on any of these strange issues?
Thanks.

The notification devices error is odd - what does the latest version of dbWalker have to say about it?
The FlexStack order is known - the default behavior with NULL in the flex stack ordering field is different in 4.0(4). If you manually set it in the SA or BulkEdit then it should work as you want. I don't understand your comment about not being able to set this in BulkEdit.

Meaning, if I set the properties in BulkEdit exactly as I want them to be (newest - newest - newest) it doesn't accept my changes at all.
I enter it in, I specify it as I request and it does not do what I wish at all.

Works fine for me here - but I'm more concerned about the notification devices - please check with the latest dbWalker to see if it's also complaining about notification devices being missing.
We can stuff a hard coded string into every FlexStack column in SQL for all subscribers if you need to - setup one user via the SA to get it sounding the way you want - then you can snag their string of characters that represent the order/stack playback options and update SQL such that all users have that - this isn't too tough.
But first check the notificaiton devices stuff.

Ran the DBWalker, and it never complained about notification devices. There were some misc little problems which I cleared up (though my problem is still there)

Still get notification devices errors. (DBWalker looks clean)
What kind of syntax or ability could I do to manipulate the FlexStack in order to get it to change from oldest first to newest first then?
Thanks.
