I added the Mobility softkey to a template to use on an 8845 phone, for both On-Hook and Connected states.
But it does work for the Connected state.
I see the Mobility softkey when on-hook, but not when Connected.
If I use the same template on an old 7970 phone it works for both states.
I know I can assign a hard button for this but that wastes a precious button and when doing video calls, you cannot see the ‘Mobility’ text, so you have to know which button to press.
This is so I can use the Enable Move to Mobile feature.
