MSL_1000 Unexpected Exception

I'm getting this error from Cisco Sync service in eventviewer from CAD servers after installing CAD 7.2.2 in PG servers (Duplexed). Not sure what exactly it means but i'm able to login to Agent desktpo, Supervisor desktop etc. Does anyone knows why this error what exactly it means.

The workaround for this issue is to restart the sync service on the CAD server, or wait for the auto sync to take place every ten minutes. You can refer the bug CSCso47554
