Mutliple Components cannot be assigned

I am doing a Unified Messaging migration from Exchange 5.5 to Exchange 2003. When I attempt to run the upgrade on the Exchange System Manager I get an error stating "Mutliple Components cannot be assigned...."

Please see the attached image of the error.

Any ideas what is causing this?

Well so let's take a look at AD Sites & Services right? Are we configured properly there for the subnet that server is in? Also is the DC you're pointing at the DNS server or are those roles broken out to different servers?
