Hi
I'd like to run a MWI bulk refresh every night from the task scheduler. For that I would need to call UTIM from a batch file and use command line parameters to start the refresh process.
Is this possible or do you know another way to do this?
Thanks for your help

Not sure why you want to use a batch file, the same can be achieved easily in UTIM.
Step 1 On the Cisco Unity server, browse to the CommServer\Utilities\Utim directory and double-click Utim.exe. UTIM appears.
Step 2 For the integration node, click the Properties tab.
Step 3 In the MWI Synchronization section, click Resynchronize Now.
Step 4 Check the Resynchronize At check box, and choose the time that you want the system to resynchronize the MWIs. We recommend choosing a time outside of regular business hours because of the Cisco Unity resources needed for resynchronization.

If I use the Resynchronize At check box from UTIM, does it mean that resync is taking place every day at the stated time?
What I want is not just one resync but resync daily.

yes, it means it'll happen daily at that time. The option was originaly added for older switches that turn off all the lamps at midnight and we had to run through and turn them all back on after that - it'll do it's thing every day at the time you specify.

Just the info I needed.
Many thanks.
