MWI unreliable

Hi

We use CCM 4.0(1)sr1a and Unity 4.0(3)sr1a.

Users complain, that MWI stops working after a while for certain subscribers.

In addition to that we found, that MWI doesn't get set for subscribers with unread messages after the CCM cluster is booted. We have to use the refresh function in Unity to correct the issue.

Are there known issues with CCM 4.0 and MWI?

Is there a way to bulk refresh all subscribers MWI?

1) Check to see if you are running TSP 7.0(3b)

2) Bulk Refresh - Open commserver\utilities\UTIM\Utim.exe. There is an option to Resync MWI.

I checked the system an yes we are running TSP 7.0(3b). Do you know of any issues with MWI and CCM4.0(1)sr1a?
