I have a cisco touch panel, connected to the computer. I want to record lectures from my personal room without any participants, so the recording will be saved into the cloud and then I can share it to students later. Well, when I sign into webex using the touch panel and start recording, the touch panel wont show the "share in call" option, it will only show the "share preview". The recording is uploaded to the cloud, but it won't show the computer screen, instead it shows what the camera (cisco sx10) capture. Will someone please help me troubleshoot this?
