Hi All,
I am searching the option to hang up the call after no input for voicemail IVR. Right now in our environment, if user is not selecting any option after the IVR (eg 1 for new meesage, 2 saved message, 3 delete message etc..), call is going to our main number. Instead of that i would like to hang up the call.
Please help me here. I am using unity connection version 7X.

Let's clarify something, are you talking about the TUI???
or a call handler with caller input??

Thanks for your reply,
Its similar like caller input but I am looking option to hang up action for Voicemail IVR, if no input is given. After logged into voicemail box from telephone, its giving some option. If I am not seleting any option or after the multiple false attempt, call is going to operator (main number). I have tried the custom keypad setting in unity connection but no luck. I dont find any option to hang up the call.
Please let me know if you need more information.

You could go to: Users > Edit > Greetings > Standard > After Greeting > Call Action > Hang Up.

Hope which is applicable for calling person. I am trying to hangup the call, when I try to review my voicemail box after IVR if no input is selected.
