never lock out policy not work

Guys

Unity 404SR1 UM with off exchange 2K

I have configured the accout policy as never lock out . However customer is still claiming they are having account lock out issue. I went into the server and did see one subscriber locked. It really confuse me, how come it still will have this issue since lock out policy has been set as never under subscriber\account policy\phone lockout policy. any thought? I have the faillogon report, it shows this user exceed max even at the first try, it looks to me the policy not take effect this subscriber.

As anyone been able to resolve the problem above as we are experiencing same problems.

have you tried increasing the number of allowed invalid attempts; instead of using "No account lockout".

I know its a lame workaround ...neverthless
