NTP Startum move to failed when i add another NTP

Hello.

I try to add another NTP server in my CUCM, but when i add, my ntp_stratum turn unspecified and in ntp_stratum test return Failed.

I have two NTP's in different Switches (Cisco 3850) with the same clocktime and same configurations.

Anyone have can help me?

Could you check the connectivity between UCM and NTP server ?

Also be advised that the windows as an NTP server is not supported for UC

As the diagnostic test simply tells that it failed, so maybe the connectivity issue.
