Hello there,
I need to add the unity connection to the PLM "Prime license manager" so that it can sync the license.
the question is: while adding the unity connection to the PLM, it asks for the username and password of the unity connection, which username and password I should use, and how to reset them.
note: I have tried the "Cisco unity connection administration user&password" but they didn't work.
appreciate if someone can tell me which one I should use and how can I reset it?

Just use the normal application administrator, nothing special about that.
If it is not working, then try to login to CUC with that user. Maybe this user is locked in your CUC.

I used the admin password and it worked, reset as following
Log in to the system with the following username and password:
Username: pwrecovery
Password: pwreset
Insert a valid CD or DVD into the disk drive.
Enter a to reset the administrator password.
Enter a new password of the type that you chose.
Reenter the new password.
