pb error presence sync CUCM database

Hi,

i installed a Cisco Unified Presence Server 8.6.2.10000-44 but i have a problem with the synchronisation with the database of CUCM .

The synchronisation works if i restart the service "CIsco UP Sync", if not i have this message :

Sync Completed, but currently failed to connect to the CUCM Database Monitor. Retrying... 2012-05-11 18:44:10

But in the CUCM Publisher status i have all stuff good :

Publisher Reachability (pingable)	Reachable
Publisher Connectivity (via AXL)	Connected
Publisher Security Login (IPSec)	Successful
Publisher Version	8.6.2.21900(5)

With the RealTime log i can see this error :

: 234280: CUP-STM: May 10 2012 08:14:33.360 UTC : %UC_CLUSTERMANAGER-3-CLM_UnrecognizedHost: %[NodeIP=172.16.3.10][ClusterID=][NodeID=CUP-STM]: ClusterMgr unrecognized host.

The 172.16.3.10 is my CUCM ...

Have you got an idea ?

Hi Guillaume, Did you get any feedback on this ? I'm having a similar case with a Proof of Concept with a customer, btw do you have the Applicacation Server declared in CUCM with name or IP (CUPS on CUCM cluster).
