Hi,

Do you guys how does Prime Colaboration handles DST changes?

I know that on CUCM we can run a query and see when the times will change, but what about Prime Collab? Where can I find more information?

I'm concerned on this because in Brazil DST dates are not fixed, it can change from year to year.

It seems they had a patch last year, you'll probably want to search for something similar in the downloads, but if it changes every year, that's going to be hard to keep up for a single country, you probably want to reach your local Cisco team to discuss this and the options.

Took a look into the document but it looks like this patch applies to 10.5; we're running 10.6.

What happens in other countries? Does it changes automatically? Our problem here is only when it ends,
