Hello,
I have just installed Cisco UC Integration for Microsoft Lync version 9.7(4) on my computer with Microsoft Lync 2010 to control my IP Phone registered on a CUCM in version 9.1(2).
Everything is working (control of the desk phone, access to voice mail..) except for the status update in Microsoft Lync. My profile stays in "Available" status instead of "On the phone" when I use my IP Phone.
Do you have any idea?
